Our Approach Integrates Agile
Our team utilizes all of the core components of Agile through the Scrum framework adoption of Backlog, Sprint(s), Use Cases and User Stories, Agile meeting cadences (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives), and Agile roles (i.e. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Stakeholders and Project Teams). We will work together at every step. Our team will walk you through how Agile works to ensure everyone understands each role and expectations as stakeholders.

Absolutely. This approach and methodology ensure our team is performing and collaborating well. Scrum gives our team more control over who does what during the development phase. This helps our team feel more satisfied which leads to better work. This means, you’ll get an awesome solution.
How Our Agile Approach Works
We do this together. You’re included during this healthy and productive cycle.
Plan.
This is the beginning. We will work closely together to determine the business scope using core Agile components such as user stories that help define specific needs, requirements, and pain points (known as product backlog).
At the beginning of each Sprint, we then collaborate to review and prioritize the backlog to ensure priority items.
Analyze.
Get ready to spend time with us. During this phase, we schedule meetings with your team to clarify current workflows, pain points, and needs. This allows ForceMedic Design to provide you with a truly innovative and efficient design.
Design.
Then, our development team takes all of the information and designs a solution that will make your team celebrate. Afterward, we provide our Sprint plan for how we will schedule the work needed to design and develop your solution.
Build.
Time to implement, or develop your solution! At this point, implementation has little to no “surprise” because we resolved the desired output in earlier phases.
Then, as the Sprint closes, our team members will showcase their work in a product demonstration. This helps maintain a strong client relationship so you can provide feedback before deployment.
Test.
Nothing ever gets deployed before comprehensive software testing. We perform quality control checks using state-of-the-art software to help automate testing. Then, our team will complete more testing to ensure working functionality.
After we’ve exhausted our testing, we will work with your team in an acceptance testing phase to confirm that your needs are met and exceeded.
Deploy.
Hooray! We’re finally moving the solution from testing into the production environment. Every two weeks, a deployment will occur at the end of each Developmental Sprint, which builds your solution in logically aligned layers.
This process is repeated over several Sprints, to continuously develop and improve the solution until everyone is happy and satisfied.
Support.
Then, your solution is monitored for adoption. We will ensure broad support for you and your team.
Collaboration is at the heart of our approach to the implementation and development of your solution. This is why we keep you updated and involved during each Agile phase. Should you need additional training, we will be happy to support you.
