Michael Haberlein
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Hi, I’m Michael. I’m the Chief Technology Officer for ForceMedic Design. Anyone that knows me knows I eat, sleep, and breathe Salesforce. I am an actively certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud Consultant with unique Salesforce Lightning Experience development experience. I enjoy creating tools that truly benefit the lives of our clients. When I’m not nerding out in Salesforce, I am an avid runner and PC builder.
Jeff Olmstead
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
On the ForceMedic Design team, I am responsible for understanding the needs a client has, reflecting on how technology can resolve that need, and moving forward with the implementation of a solution that delivers on what is promised. I studied at Cornell and have over 14 years of experience in technology development. On a regular basis I work alongside my in-laws on their dairy farm, or I am out hiking in the Adirondacks.
Mark Hamlin
SENIOR SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
Hi, I’m Mark! I have 9 years of CRM experience and am an actively certified Salesforce Administrator with unique Salesforce Visual Flow development experience. My favorite part about being a Developer is thinking outside of the box to come up with creative solutions to complex problems. My team knows me best for collecting strange items to display in my office. Outside of work my wife and I have five kids ranging in age from 2-9 years old so I am never bored!
Alex Petroski
FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a Full Stack Developer at ForceMedic Design, where I architect and build custom app solutions both in and out of Salesforce. I have expertise in programming with my main focus being JavaScript and UI frameworks and Apex. I tend to wear a lot of hats and have a large variety of skills and abilities in the tech space, and I enjoy helping clients in any way I can. When I’m not deep in code, you’ll find me trading or dabbling in the markets, playing with my Great Dane named Mosby, or hanging out on a boat in up north Michigan with my wife and family. Fun fact about me: I am a first-generation American!

FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Hi, I’m Akshay, I’m a Full Stack Developer focused on Salesforce and beyond, with a passion for building interactive, user-focused solutions that deliver practical results and make a real impact for clients. I love tackling challenges that require both creativity and logic to craft the best possible outcome. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a volleyball or badminton court, or out on a long run to recharge.

My role on the ForceMedic Design team is to work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. This consists of building, configuring, and automating technology to align with company goals. I love seeing clients take what they have learned and apply it to their businesses. Outside of FMD, I am the founder of a startup, a three-year football letter winner at Michigan State University, and a 2X Big 10 Champion and Rose Bowl Champion. Go Green!
Will Mesler
SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
Hi, I’m Will, and I assist clients with navigating Salesforce each day, training, assisting, and building tools they can use. All of this is through the lens of what I can do to provide an accurate, effective, quick, and efficient answer to their issues. I love solving problems within constraints. It’s like playing a game on hard mode and makes the accomplishment that much sweeter. Fun facts: I have studied Martial Arts for 8 years and have a 2.5-octave range.
Matt Barnum
BUSINESS ANALYST
As a business analyst, I perform level-setting and create documentation around current processes, analyze the efficiency of existing business processes, and identify areas of improvement. I am constantly seeking ways to improve, and it is fun to learn about how other companies operate. Finding the right tools to equip companies with to close gaps between their current state and future state processes is exhilarating. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and am a licensed private pilot.

I am a results-driven Business Analyst focused on turning complex challenges into practical and data-informed solutions. With strong attention to detail and a passion for improving processes, I evaluate workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and develop strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes. I thrive in collaborative environments where I promote clear communication across stakeholders, developers, and leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives. Outside of my work at FMD, I enjoy underwater cave diving, hiking, rock hunting, and traveling to unusual destinations. One of my most memorable adventures was visiting Antarctica.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
I help Salesforce teams and enterprise organizations solve complex problems with smart, scalable solutions. With a background leading mission-critical innovation at the Department of Defense and managing secure tech programs at the U.S. Department of State, I bring a systems-level view to applied AI, cybersecurity, and workflow optimization. At ForceMedic, I partner with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to bridge strategy and execution, building tools that deliver real impact. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on the water or in the woodshop.
